It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Lillian A Brune of Cedar Hill, Missouri, born in Jefferson City, Missouri, who passed away on August 2, 2025, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Gerhard Sturm and Hilda Sturm; her husband Raymond; her siblings, Helen Lu Sturm and Herbert Sturm; her siblings-in-law, Thomas Kallial and Betty Grimm (Al); her friend Roseann Robinson; and her adoptive father Jeff (Nissa Smith).
She is survived by: her children, David Brune (Susan) and Amy Brune (Dane Caritoni); her grandchildren, Jacob and Kathryn; her siblings-in-law, Alma Sturm, Marie Kallial, Bernard Brune, Don Brune (Marietta), Rita Henderson and Louise Oetjen (Bernie); and also, Kane, Nathan and Jesse Smith.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, August 6th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Chapel Hill Mortuary (6300 State Rte 30, Cedar Hill, MO 63016, USA). A funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, August 7th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Our Lady Queen of Peace (4696 Notre Dame Ln, House Springs, MO 63051). A graveside service will be held on Thursday, August 7th 2025 at 11:15 AM at the Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens (6300 State Rte 30, Cedar Hill, MO 63016, USA).
