He is survived by: his wife Connie Payne; his children, Jesse Payne (Miranda) and Brandi Menke (Pete); his grandchildren, Breanna, Ben and Lucy; his brother Steve Payne (Christina); his nephews, Steven Payne and Jeremy Payne; and his pet Remus.
