He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Stephens and Mildred Stephens; and his niece Stacie Stephens. He is survived by: his sisters, Stephanie Stephens and Deanna Griffey; and his nieces and nephews, Tyler Griffey, Brenna Donovan, Taryn Griffey and Trey Griffey.
