He was predeceased by: his daughter Angela. He is survived by: his children, Shanon, Ryan, Daisy, Matthew and Rachel; and his siblings, Dave, Patty (Moody), Jane (Schieuer) and Bob. He is also survived by ten grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
