He was predeceased by: his parents, Gentry Arthur Palmer and Dorothy Ellen Neuschafer Palmer; his former spouse Francis Jane Young; his wife Darlene Selander; and his niece Michelle Palmer Scott.
He is survived by: his children, Mark Palmer (Michael) of Oak Ridge, OR and Karen Palmer of Kansas City; his brother Chester Palmer (Eileene) of Center; his granddaughter Andrea Palmer; his nephew Ritchie Palmer (Adria); his great-nieces, Kayla Higgins (Zack), Kortney Verdun (Zach) and Adelynn Palmer; and his great-nephew Greyson Palmer. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 19th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Bienhoff Funeral Homes (400 S Public St, Center, MO 63436). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, June 19th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
