He was predeceased by: his parents, William John and Fanny Grace Kendrick (Dawson); his former wife Carolyn Sue Kendrick (Hunter); his siblings, Marvin, Floyd Kendrick, Lela Lee, Marion Simpson and Verda Kettlewell; his daughter Susan Jennings; and his son-in-law Russell Jennings.
He is survived by: his wife Jodie Kendrick; his sons, Michael Kendrick (Emily Larkin) and John Kendrick (Jessica); his grandchildren, Luke Jennings (Holly), Renae Jennings (Micah Guyton), Sam Herrera, Carolyn Herrera (Freddy Barrera), Anna VanDiggelen (Jake), Emily Curran (Jeff Borage), Grace Kendrick and Lane Kendrick; and his great grandchildren, Brady, Macy Jennings and Nora VanDiggelen.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, November 18th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Campbell-Cast Funeral Home (407 S Pine St, Holden, MO 64040). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, November 19th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Holden Community of Christ (401 S Pine St, Holden, MO 64040). A burial was held on Wednesday, November 19th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 1:30 PM at the Fairview Cemetery.
