She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Samuel and Katherine Hixson Crumley; her brother Harold Crumley, Jr.; her husband Jeffrey Sukalski; and her former husband Frederick Manke.
She is survived by: her daughter Katherine E. Lockwood (Katie); her son-in-law Jason Lockwood; her grandchildren, Joseph, Nicholas and Shaelyn Lockwood; her brother Carl Crumley of Perry; her niece Elizabeth Kinast; and her former husband James W. Buchanan.
