He was predeceased by: his parents, Marvin Clutter and Dorothy Clutter (Campbell); and his brothers-in-law, Kenneth and Jerry Reagan. He is survived by: his wife Mary of Pittsburg, KS; his children, Cindy Harris (Paul) of Nixa, Brenda Van Eps (Benjamin) of Springfield and Michael Clutter (Melissa) of Springfield; his grandchildren, Emily, Payton, Jackson, Samuel, Matthew and Milo; his brother Dennis Clutter (Barbara) of Girard, Kansas; and his brothers-in-law, John Reagan (Patsy) of Kansas City, MO and Richard Reagan of Pittsburg, KS.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, October 29th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Centralia United Methodist Church (715 Orchard St, Centralia, MO 65240). A celebration of life was held on Wednesday, October 29th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
Memorial donations may be made to Centralia United Methodist Church.
