She was predeceased by: her parents, Clyde Eichhorn and Josephine Eichhorn (Urhan); and her brothers, Edward and Gilbert Eichhorn. She is survived by: her spouse Jackie Wayne Simpaon; her sons, Bryan Wayne Simpson (Kelly) of Chaffee and Eric Neil Simpson of Chaffee; her grandchildren, Eric Scott Simpson, Talon Simpson, Skyler Simpson, Jessica Fiffe, Brittany Hedrick and Cooper Perry; and her siblings, Debbie Dennis (Joe) of Chaffee, Ronnie Eichhorn (Debra) of Chaffee, Mike Eichhorn (Emily) of Chaffee and Clyde Eichhorn Jr. of Chaffee. She is also survived by sixteen great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, September 18th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Amick Burnett Funeral Chapel - Chaffee (203 W Yoakum Ave, Chaffee, MO 63740). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Ambrose Catholic Church (418 S 3rd St, Chaffee, MO 63740).
