He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Harvey Burnett and Margaret Quade Burnett; and his sister Betty Mirly. He is survived by: his sisters, Mary Lizenbee of Cape Girardeau, Sue Sallee of Chaffee and Judy Horton of Glenn Carbon, Illinois. He is also survived by nephews and nieces; along with several friends.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, August 9th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the First Christian Church (230 W Davidson Ave, Chaffee, MO 63740).
