He was predeceased by: his parents, John Crowden and Mildred Brown Crowden; his wife Edna; his stepfather Gradon Davis; his grandson Jason Holweg; his great grandchild Fisher Langston Taylor; and his great great grandchild Raylin Nance.
He is survived by: his children, Chuck (Kim Crowden), Jim (Karla Crowden), Tammy (Sam Below) and Amy (Bryant Parks); and his siblings, Gradon of Chaffee, MO, Randy Davis of Chaffee, MO, Glenda Blue of Chaffee, MO, Doris Parker Crader of Chaffee, MO, Norma Parker of Sikeston, MO and Debbie Cook of Chaffee, MO. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren, eighteen great grandchildren and one great great grandchild.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, September 30th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapel (203 W Yoakum Ave, Chaffee, MO 63740). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 1st 2025 at 10:00 AM.
In lieu of Flowers, the family has requested that donations be made in Charles honor to the Missouri Veterans Home in Cape Girardeau, MO, or the Randles Baptist Church in Randles, MO.
