He is survived by: his spouse Shelvy Jean Benefield; his son Steve Hileman of McClure, Illinois; his grandchildren, Chad Hileman, Heather Hileman (Steven Jarvis) and Morgan Gates (Jeff); and his siblings, Dick Hileman of Gardner, Illinois and Mary "Murk" Cripps of Jonesboro, Illinois. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
