He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Jackson and Lorene Jackson (Stroder); his former wife Betty Hefner; his wife Sherri Meyer; his granddaughter Stacie Boyer; and his siblings, Roy, Gene Jackson and Paulene Tonsor.
He is survived by: his children, Walter "Wally" Jackson (Gloria) of Marble Hill, Darlene McCubbin (Ronald) of Leopold and Jennifer McBride of Delta; and his stepchildren, Gary Davis of Marble Hill, Missouri, Chuck Davis (Mary) of Steeleville, Missouri and Jeanne New (Paul) of Cape Girardeau, Missouri. He is also survived by 18 grandchildren and several great-grandchildren.
