He is survived by: his wife Diana Miller Armstrong; his sons, Richard Armstrong (Natalie) of Jackson and Steven Armstrong (Teresa) of Cape Girardeau; his grandchildren, Chelsea, Joshua, Olivia, Christian, Emery and Axel; his great grandchild Waylon; and his siblings, Dewey Armstrong Jr. (Amy) of Ohio and Jan Burgess of Tennessee.
