Though Rick may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the memories held dear by his family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.
He was predeceased by: his father William E. Frost; and his brother Russell Frost. He is survived by: his mother Rosanne Benjamin Cox; and his siblings, Mark Frost (Dianna), Brian Frost (Tara) and Geneva Hughes (David). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
