He is survived by: his wife Nicole Kinder; his stepchildren, Will, Nicholas and Alleigh Kinder; his daughter Theresa Kopp; his stepfather William Riddle of West Virginia; and his sisters, Kim Gustafson of Chaffee, Tamera McCloud (Ike) of West Virginia, Tiffany Jones (Randy) of West Virginia and Kristina Keaton of West Virginia. He is also survived by eleven nieces and nephews.
