He was predeceased by : his father Clyde Wilbert Woodworth; his wife Phyllis Bailey Woodworth; his son Eugene Woodworth; and his granddaughters, Angelica Koch Bailey and Michelle Woodworth.
He is survived by : his sons, Eric Woodworth (Tasha) of East Prairie and Michael Woodworth of Cape Girardeau; and his sisters, Betty Linhart of Granite City, Nellie Woodworth of Granite City and Annie Black (David) of Charleston. He is also survived by five grandchildren; also, a number of nieces, nephews and cousins.
