He is survived by: his wife Lillian Irene Pratt Cook; his siblings, Robbie Cook (Cheryl), Randy Cook (Cindy), Kathy Stickley (Ron) and Dickie Cook (Diane); and his siblings' children, Kristina Cook, Lauren Bowers, Emily Wells, Savanah Cook, McKenzie Stickley, Delainey Stickley, Madi Stickley, Claire Cook, Sabrena Cook, Collin Cook, Corbin Cook and Christopher Cook.
