He was predeceased by: his parents, Benjamin Franklin Sanders and Linda Mae Blevins Sanders; his wife Doris M. Hinkle Coffer; his daughter Karen Hovey (Mike); his grandchildren, Michael Hovey, Krystal Scott (Cody), Wendi Chidester (Brandon), Amber Van Dam (Adrian) and Megan Morrow (Kyle); his son Thomas Edward Sanders; his siblings, Johnny Sanders, Edna Ryan, Virginia Warren and Lois Horn; Dorthea Ruth Bryers. He is also survived by several great grandchildren and great great grandchildren; as well as nieces, nephews and cousins.
