She is survived by : her sons, Larry Powell, Jr. (Laura) of East Prairie and Joshua Powell (Amanda) of East Prairie; and her grandchildren, Hunter, Vivian, Seth, Carson and Addyson. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins, as well as a number of friends.

Visitation was held on Friday, April 26th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the McMikle Funeral Home (201 S Center St, Charleston, MO 63834). A graveside service was held on Friday, April 26th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Chapel of the Missouri State Veterans Cemetery (17357 Stars and Stripes Way, Bloomfield, MO 63825).
