She is survived by: her husband Roy Otto Birk; her children, Jennifer Birk-Cook (Stan Cook) of Perryville, Gregory Birk (Jennifer) of Charleston and Daryl Birk (April) of Jackson; her grandchildren, Rachel Schmidli (Clay), Caleb Birk (Kristi), Aaron Birk (Linsey), Lydia Cook, Olivia Cook, Jonah Cook, Adam Birk, Lauren Birk, Megan Birk and Jacob Birk; and her siblings, Lyman L Dame Jr. (Debora) and Debbie Yarbrough (David).

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be given to Trinity Lutheran Church Ladies Aid or American Cancer Society.
