He was predeceased by: his parents, George Powell and Lorene Manker Powell; and his spouse Jackie Sue Davis of Sikeston. He is survived by: his sons, Larry Ray Powell, Jr. (Laura) and Joshua Powell (Amanda); his grandchildren, Hunter, Vivian (Amadeus), Carson (Lindy), Addy and Seth; and his sister Jo Ann Estes (Jerry). He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 29th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Mc Mikle Funeral Homes (201 S Center St, Charleston, MO 63834). The military honors will be held on Friday, October 30th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Missouri State Veterans Cemetery (17357 Stars and Stripes Way, Bloomfield, MO 63825).
