He was predeceased by: his parents, John Parker and Willie Mae Treadwell; and his siblings, Mildred Jackson, Thelma Parker, James Parker, Mae Willie Parker, Harvey Parker, Bernita Parker and Johnny Parker.
He is survived by: his children, Michael Eugene Owens (Symone Pickens), Faye Goodman (Aaron), Ray Parker (Latoya) and Martin Parker (Zaciunna Tyus); his sisters, Carolyn Thomas and Juanita Barnes; and his close friend Danny Thomas. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, August 1st 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the United Methodist Church (1700 E Marshall St, Charleston, MO 63834).
