He was predeceased by: his mother Ella Lee Tipler; his children, Robbie Ray Jones and Brittany Renee Tipler; and his siblings, Mae Lois Tipler Gordon and Bobbie Tipler Bogan.
He is survived by: his children, Paris Tipler of East Prairie, Valisha Jones (Dennis), Asia Davis (Shatara) of Sikeston and Robin Jones of East Prairie; his siblings, Alvin Tipler of East Prairie, Sadie Streaty (Kim) of Anderson and Callie Cooper (Wendell) of Charleston; his grandchildren, Deverence, Chakyrah, Dylon, Derez, D'Byrion, Jadyn, Aliyah, LaShyia, Spencer, Jahirah, Demarkez, Dennis Jr., D'Kari and D'Von; and his great grandchild DeKysin. He is also survived by nephews, nieces, cousins, other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, September 18th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Bowden Civic Center (700 Sy, William St, Charleston, MO 63834). A funeral service will be held on Friday, September 18th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
