We announce the death of Tootsie Allen (Charleston, Missouri), who passed away on October 1, 2026, at the age of 99. Tootsie will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. She was predeceased by: her parents, Jack Ashlock and Odie Barker Ashlock; her grandmother Barker; her husband Leo Allen; and her siblings, Kelly Justin Ashlock, Jack Barker Ashlock, Maxine Kitchen, Col. Thelma Freese and Joyce Staples.
She is survived by: her niece Nickie Ashlock Taylor; and her nephew Lee Staples (Kandi).
A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, October 6th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Ioof Cemetery (300 State Rte N, Charleston, MO 63834).
