He was predeceased by : his mother Lura Visor; and his siblings, Percy Visor, Sr., Larry Visor, Roosevelt Visor, Julia Pearl Visor, Ann Cartwright, Edith Mae Woodard, Francis Burk, Bonnie Faye Witt, Emma Earby and Mary Ann Edwards.
He is survived by : his children, Willis Visor, Jr. of Cleveland and Carolyn Visor of Akron; his stepchildren, Bobby Dexter of Fort Wayne and Alicia Thomas (Linard) of Cape Girardeau; his sisters-in-law, Doretha Visor of Charleston and Emma Visor of St. Louis; his godson Cortez Blanchard of St. Louis; and his close friends, Roger Robinson, Otha, Lee, Howard and Kenneth Smith. He is also survived by four grandchildren, six step grandchildren, four great grandchildren.
