He is survived by: his wife Peggy Rouse of Cherryville; his sons, Joshua Windle (Rebecca) of Columbia and Bradley Windle (Lexa) of Sturgeon; his grandsons, Nicholas and Christopher; his parents, Edward Windle and Virginia Windle; his siblings, Debra Windle of Cuba, Rodger Windle (Beth) of Cuba, Nancy McWhorter (Charles) of Rolla and Dick Windle (Brenda) of Owensville; and his sister-in-law Judy Rouse of Cuba. He is also survived by numerous cousins, nephews, and friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 31st 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Mizell Funeral Home & Crematory (904 W Washington St, Cuba, MO 65453). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 31st 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, October 31st 2026 at 2:45 PM at the Cherryville Baptist Church Cemetery.
