He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Joseph Hrdlicka, Jr. and Mary Ann Hrdlicka; and his brother Richard Hrdlicka. He is survived by: his siblings, Tom Hrdlicka (Linda), Greg Hrdlicka, Sr. (Melinda), Sharon Zahn (late Philip), Janine Bannon (Brian), Scott Hrdlicka (Betty), Mary Sendobry and Chris Hrdlicka. He is also survived by uncle, cherished by 19 nieces and nephews, along with 19 great-nieces and great-nephews.
