He is survived by: his wife Mary Steffen Mickelson; his children, Eric Mickelson (Cathy) and Julie Drew (Charles); his grandchildren, Eileen (Robert), Michael (Haley), Mathew, Jennifer, Sabrina, Katie (Christopher), Blake (Hannah) and Shane; and his great grandchildren, Luca, Luna, Roman, Koda, Hailey, Bella, Aubrey, Ava, Connor, Taylor (Bailey), Beau and Wesley.
