He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer J. Cissell and Mary Birch (Cissell). He is survived by: his wife Kathy (Andrews); his children, Bryan Cissell (Donalyn) and Becky Cissell (Steve Brauer); his granddaughters, Maria and Makayla Cissell; and his sisters, Marianne Gooris and Carolyn Larson (Richard). He is also survived by nieces, nephews; sisters-in-laws, brothers-in-laws, and many friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Skip's honor may be made to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation or the COPD Foundation.
