She was predeceased by: her husband Bernard "Buddy" Bernstein; her parents, Louis Friedman and Ida Friedman; and her siblings, William Friedman (Carol), Irvin Friedman, Nathan "Nap" Friedman (Jean), Rebecca "Billie" Miller and Al Friedman (Elinor).
She is survived by: her children, Jan Sclaroff (late Allen), Joni Allers (Bruce) and Lewis Bernstein (Sarah); her grandchildren, Megan Katz (Daniel), Lindsey Creech (Keith), Scott Levy (Nina), Matthew Bernstein (Paige) and Rachel Bernstein; and her great grandchildren, Roen, Rhys, Chase, Lola, Brooks and Ava.
