He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Carroll and Gertrude Carroll; his sisters, Irene, Ruth, Helen and Loretta; his son Mark Thomas Carroll; and his nephew Bill Sadlier.
He is survived by: his daughter Elizabeth Morgan Levy (Carroll); his wife Arlene Carroll (Lolly); his son-in-law Phillip Levy; his grandchildren, Morgan and Michael Levy; his daughter-in-law Cindy Carroll; and his niece Karen Kintz.
