She was predeceased by: her parents, Michael Frank Ebner and Leona Ebner (Leesemann); her husband Donald Wayne Harbaugh; and her brother Donald Ebner. She is survived by: her sons, Mark Harbaugh (Liz) of Thompsons Station, Greg Harbaugh of Hillsboro and Jeffery Harbaugh of St. Louis, Missouri; her brothers, Kenneth Ebner (Sarah) of Elgin, Robert Ebner (Sherran) of Dupo and Michael Ebner (Debbie); and her sister-in-law Sharon Ebner of Cape Girardeau, Missouri. She is also survived by five grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren; and numerous other family members and dear friends.
A memorial gathering will be held on Friday, October 30th 2026 from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the St Martin's Episcopal Church (15764 Clayton Rd, Wildwood, MO 63011). A memorial service will be held on Friday, October 30th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A committal service will be held on Friday, October 30th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery (2900 Sheridan Rd, St. Louis, MO 63125).
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Judith's name to a charity of your choice.
