He was predeceased by: his parents, Milton Collins and Kathleen Collins; and his aunt Doris Andrae. He is survived by: his wife Susan Collins; his daughters, Diana Collins and Kelly Baker (Greg); his grandchildren, Autumn Baker and Gregory Baker III; his brother Gary Collins (Susan); and his aunt Ceil Hill. He is also survived by many other family members and friends.
