With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Maynard A. Engebretson (Chesterfield, Missouri), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 13, 2025. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Marianne W. Engebretson; and his grandson Grady Scott Wilson Engebretson. He is survived by: his children, Eric Engebretson (Laura), Susan Bies (Chuck), Marcia Sorensen (Ken Bowen) and Nancy Herz (Fredy); his grandchildren, Jason (Katie), Brian Bies, Katie Bies (Charlie Johnson), Emily McDermott (Chris), Erika Sorensen (Frank Silliman), Erin Anderson (Kane), Stephanie, Jessica (Stephan Kuny) and Alison Vogler; his great grandchildren, Aurin Vogler, Nathan, Ellie Engebretson, Soren, Wesley, Evelyn McDermott, Oliver, Lucy Anderson and Aksel Bies Johnson; and his brother Marvin Engebretson.
A celebration of life was held on Sunday, May 25th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Friendship Village Chesterfield (15201 Olive Blvd, Chesterfield, MO 63017).
