She is survived by: her husband Fred J Applegate; her son David Applegate; her daughter-in-law Martha Applegate (Webster); her grandchildren, Christopher Applegate (Kelli), Michelle Rizzaro (Stephen) and Bradley Applegate; and her great grandchildren, Kathleen, Hugh, Waller, Hannah and Wesley.
