He was predeceased by: his parents, Marvin Smith and Betty Catton; his former wife Nancy Jean Smith; and his brother Chuck Smith. He is survived by: his wife Candace Smith; and his children, Todd Smith (Emily) of Nashville, TN, Jason Smith of Wentzville, MO, Ryan Smith (Christina) of Denton, TX and Summer Smyka (Luke) of Wentzville, MO. He is also survived by grandchildren; two, great grandchildren.
