With heavy hearts, we announce the death of William Lewis Hammond of Chesterfield, Missouri, born in Sedalia, Missouri, who passed away on September 5, 2023 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Lewis B. Hammond and Bessie R. Hammond (Hurt); and his daughter Heather Marie Hammond. He is survived by: his grandson Gregory; his wife Barbara Marie Flynn; his sons, Christopher Hammond (Natalie) of Wildwood, MO and Gregory Hammond (Christi) of Erie, CO; his sister Sandra Kinas of Dallas, TX; his aunt Martha South (Earl) of Sedalia; and his grandchildren, Jacqueline, Daniel and Henry.
