He is survived by: his parents, Craig Adkins and Mary Adkins; his siblings, Stephanie Truex (Terry) and Brian Adkins (Sammi); his niece Kristin Shaw (Aaron); his nephews, Jake Truex (Melissa), Louis Adkins and Amos Adkins; and his son Michael Adkins. He is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
