He is survived by: his parents, Craig Adkins and Mary Adkins; his siblings, Stephanie Truex (Terry) and Brian Adkins (Sammi); his siblings' children, Kristin Shaw (Aaron), Jake Truex (Melissa), Louis Adkins and Amos Adkins; and his son Michael Adkins. He is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, December 13th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Pleasant Valley Baptist Church (816 SW 401st Rd, Chilhowee, MO 64733). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, December 13th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Pleasant Valley Baptist Church in Jeff's memory.
