He is survived by: his wife Rosalee Crabtree; his children, Melinda Fitzgerel (Charlie), Tammy Warlen (Pat) and Leland Cunningham (Renee); his grandchildren, Chelsea Starr (Jacob), Nicholas Riley, Trevor Warlen (Kelsy), Adam Warlen, Lexi Cunningham and Ayden Cunningham; and his siblings, Jimmy Cunningham, LaVern Newman and Lucille Thompson (Jim). He is also survived by several nephews and nieces, great-nephews and nieces, and great-great-nephews and nieces.
The family suggests memorial contributions to the Show-Me Christian Youth Home in care of the Hadley Funeral Home, Windsor.
