She was predeceased by: her parents, Rollie Helm and Minnie Helm (Betty); and her husband Sam. She is survived by: her children, Connie Jo, Cleta B and Kevin Ray; and her son-in-law Terry Singleton. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren, 1 great-great grandchild.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, November 8th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Heritage Funeral Home (3141 Washington St, Chillicothe, MO 64601).
