He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Boswell and Maggie Boswell; and his siblings, Lawrence Boswell, Vernon Boswell, Gene Boswell, Kenneth Boswell, Clarence Boswell, Grover Boswell, Finis Boswell, Opal Boswell, Bonnie Boyd and Georgine Cummings.
He is survived by: his children, Carl Lee Boswell (Brenda) of Neosho, MO, Dianna Lane (Bud) of Reeds Spring, MO, Martha Johnson (Tom) of Hartford, AR and Carol Chastain of Ozark, Arkansas.; his grandchildren, Benny Boswell (Mandi), Ginger Connell (Stuart), Oliver Spring, Rose Boswell, Tony Boswell, James Lane, Sommer South, Arica Robinson (Kevin), Stephanie Kinsch (Shawn), Cal Lane (Jazmin), Kandi Morris (Seth), Kalt Johnson (Meghan), Jennifer Richards (John), Britney Chambers, Shelby Shafer and Kathleen Lacey; and his brother Gifford Boswell (Violet).
