He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul James Plowman (Dick) and Emma Rachel Plowman (Reeter); and his sister-in-law Mary Plowman. He is survived by: his wife Joyce; his daughters, Marcie Sharp (Bob) of Chillicothe and Marlynn Lewin (Robert) of Papillion, Nebraska; his granddaughters, Amanda Hicks (Nick) of Gretna, Megan McNerney (Matt) of Parkville and Haley Gambhir (Ash) of Sandy, Utah; his great grandchildren, Mckinnley, Delaney Hicks and Mathias McNerney; and his siblings, Darrell Plowman and Darlene Lee (Roger) of Chillicothe, Missouri. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM and on Friday, October 17th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM. A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Lindley Funeral Home - Chillicothe (910 Washington St, Chillicothe, MO 64601).
