With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Doris Mae Breeden of Chillicothe, Missouri, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on December 26, 2025 at the age of 94. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Raymond (Johnnie) and Opal Grace Zullig (Hutchison); her husband Maurice Breeden; her siblings, Norma, Charles Rae (Chick) and John Madison Zullig; and her great grandchild Myra Savage.
She is survived by: her children, Gary Breeden of Chillicothe, Sherry Savage (Dennis) of Chillicothe and Marlene Koechner (Everett) of Blue Springs, Missouri.; her grandchildren, Ben Savage, Daniel Savage (DeAnna), Stacy McBroom (Kyle), Doug Koechner (Polly) and Bonnie McCoskey (Taylor); and her great grandchildren, Clayton Savage, Parker Savage, Maddie Savage, Jack Savage, Hallie Maberry, Krosbie Ficke, Reagan Koechner, Teigen Koechner, Jace McCoskey, Rhys McCoskey, Marlowe McCoskey and Macklin McCoskey.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Camp Rainbow for Exceptional Children or Livingston County 4-H Foundation and may be left at the funeral home, or mailed to Lindley Funeral Home, P.O. Box 47, Chillicothe, MO 64601.
