We are sad to announce that, on January 24, 2026, at the age of 84, Forrest Dale Garr of Chillicothe, Missouri passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Alton Garr and Daisy Garr (Bower); and his siblings, Donald Garr, Gracie Evans and Frances Crouch.
He is survived by: his wife Shirley Boley of Chillicothe, Missouri; his children, Matt Garr (Regina) of Olathe, Kansas, Janilla Cranmer (Roman) of Chillicothe and Rebecca Humphreys (Trae) of Wrightstown, Wisconsin; his grandchildren, Kayanna Cranmer, Quentin Cranmer, Aiden Humphreys and Croix Humphreys; and his siblings, Freddie Garr of Chillicothe, Stanley "Pete" Garr (Dorothy) of Mooresville, Missouri, Mary Underwood of Chillicothe and Carolyn Johnson (Elden) of Chillicothe, Missouri. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
