She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Cecil and Bessie Chloe Baldwin (Wendell); her husband Robert Grouse; her daughter Debra Peniston; her grandson Thomas Jason Simmons; her great grandchild Dalton Tyler Sampsel; her daughter-in-law Diana Grouse; and her siblings, Don Baldwin, Wayne Baldwin, Dean Baldwin, Reva Carr, Betty Matthews and Madeline Raney.
She is survived by: her children, Robert (Grouse) and Hinnen (Fred) of Chillicothe, Missouri; her son-in-law Charlie Peniston of Chillicothe, Missouri; and her sister Jan Coyle of Florida. She is also survived by ten grandchildren; and numerous great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, July 11th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM at the Lindley Funeral Home (910 Washington St, Chillicothe, MO 64601). A graveside service was held on Saturday, July 12th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Mt. Olive Cemetery.
