He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene Williams and Leo Williams (Mathis). He is survived by: his wife Rosaline; his children, Neetra Williams, Phillip Williams, Lauren Epps and Chad Epps; his grandchildren, Cynthia Marshall, Michael Williams, Harper, Ava, Gracie and Josiah Williams; his great grandchildren, Noah and Alijah Williams; and his sister Charlotte Williams. He is also survived by numerous uncles, nieces, and nephews.
Donations may be made to the PATCH organization at the Chillicothe Correctional Center or the American Cancer Society and left at the church.
