It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Paula Kaye Koehly of Chillicothe, Missouri, who passed away on March 5, 2026, at the age of 52, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Dorothy, Francis Koehly, Peggy, Clarence Sams, Fleeta and James Herbert Boyd.
She is survived by: her father Gary Koehly of Chillicothe; her stepmother Connie Koehly of Chillicothe, Missouri; her mother Cheryl Sprong of Kansas City, MO; and her siblings, Tammie Garrison of Chillicothe, Tara Hey of Kansas City, Randall Koehly of Chillicothe and Gary Koehly Jr. of Saratoga Springs, Utah. She is also survived by many extended family members, caregivers.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Grace Chapel Church.
