She was predeceased by: her parents, Troy Alfred Shedd and Jane Shedd (Blackford); and her husband Darrell Dean Pepper. She is survived by: her children, Debbie Koehly (Dave) of Columbia, Missouri, Dale Pepper (Sherie) of Newnan, Georgia, Gary Pepper (Candy) of Chillicothe, Missouri and Mike Mason (Lynn) of Hammond, Indiana; her grandchildren, Michelle Koehly, Krissy Hutinger (Troy), Ellie Geolat (Kyle), Andrew Pepper (Shanna), Kaitlin Pepper, Abby Pepper, Sarah Pepper, Charlie Pepper (Melissa), Aaron Mason (April) and Clinton Mason (Leslie); her great grandchildren, Sophie, Livie and Crew Hutinger; her grandchildren, Brooks, Presley Pepper, Mya, Maddox Bevelle, Scarlett, Stella Pepper, Remy, Paxton Keith, Tyler and Alex Mason; and her sisters-in-law, Shirley Pepper Davis (Bob) and Kathy Pepper Mullennix (Ron). She is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 5th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Heritage Funeral Home (3141 Washington St, Chillicothe, MO 64601). A funeral service will be held on Friday, June 6th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
Memorials in honor of Rose Pepper may be made to Chillicothe Festival of Lights or the Young Eagles Scholarship of the EAA Chapter 944-Air Adventure Camp and left at or mailed to Heritage Funeral Home, 3141 Washington Street, Chillicothe, Missouri, 64601.
