He was predeceased by: his parents, Landon Golden and Frances Mantlo Golden; and his brother Keith Golden. He is survived by: his wife Dixie Lois Berry; his children, Cheryl Alexander (Gary), Karen Jones (Don), Byron Booth (Joe), Mark Golden (Cindy) and Ken Golden; his grandchildren, Josh Jones, B. J. Golden, Jason Golden, Mark Golden, Matt Golden, Hunter Golden, Matthew Golden, Chase Golden, Jennifer Meek and Mikensy Golden; and his sister Aileen Bloss. He is also survived by ten great grandchildren.

Memorials to either Berry Cemetery or St. Judes Children's Hospital and they maybe left with the mortuary.
